E-Myth Training

I've shared this training with a number of local business owners who were struggling because when I finally got to see it myself, it totally changed the way I view my business - and consequently work my business. If I had known this concept at a young age it would have totally changed the outcomes of the several businesses I have owned and operated during my life. Suffice it to say, this is the way I do business now.

I have found that among the business owners that I have shared this with very few have valued it enough to spend 1 hour of their lives viewing it. They believe they know what they are doing, simply don't have the time or energy to open their mind to be trained. Most of them are no longer in business.

The man who speaks in this video is Michael Gerber, a business consultant of world renown. He shares in this training the key to why a select few business owners create a legacy while the other 99% work until they just give out. He's so enthusiastic with his message you might think you are listening to a baptist preacher, but if you commit to the training you will realize that what he teaches is more valuable than gold.

I'm sharing this with you because I want to see you succeed in your business and enjoy it to the fullest.

Business expert Michael Gerber argues that most small businesses fail because their owners are technicians, not entrepreneurs, who mistakenly believe that technical skill is the same as knowing how to run a company. Instead of building a functional organization, these individuals merely create a job for themselves and eventually burn out from the exhaustion of "doing the work" rather than managing it. Gerber posits that a successful business must be viewed as a systemic product that can operate predictably and independently of the owner's constant labor. By using the turn-key model exemplified by Ray Kroc and IBM, owners are encouraged to work on their business rather than in it. This strategy involves developing standardized integrated systems for management, marketing, and operations that allow ordinary people to produce extraordinary, consistent results. Ultimately, the goal is to design a scalable prototype that provides the owner with true freedom and long-term security.
